We as humans put on many masks so we can “fit in” with society. What happens when we begin to shed the masks and embrace who we truly are? I came across this Judy Garland quote the other day and I thought I would share it here with you lovely yogis and yoginis.

It’s true that we human wear lots of masks. We change ourselves according to our needs, situations or our personal benefits. Through Yoga we can get our best version. Yoga is not all about asanas, poses or physical exercises. It helps to improve our personality, change our perspectives.
