Back to Nature Women's Yoga Retreat 2017

The food. The setting. The schedule. The workshop. Everything was lovely. Props were great and partner yoga was fun. Loved staying in a teepee. I was able to focus on my form, my ability to have a more relaxed and aligned practice, and not push myself too hard. I appreciated the slower movement. I was able to listen to my body. My form improved!
