Autumn and Toni your pure selves reflected in your teaching. I had some deep realizations this retreat about some of my relationships. The spiritual aspect added to this retreat was absolutely amazing. I also cannot wait to bring the new knowledge into my own classes to best assist/guide my students safely. Sustainable yoga!
