This is your invitation to slow down, soften, and come back to what’s real.

For four days, you’ll be held in a forest sanctuary designed for women who are done overriding their bodies and ready to root into something deeper.

Through daily yoga, hands-on herbalism, sacred rest, and shared ritual, you’ll reclaim your rhythm and remember your connection — to the Earth, to your breath, to your worth.

This isn’t just a yoga retreat. It’s a remembrance of your body’s wild intelligence — guided by movement, plants, and sisterhood.

It’s a return. To your nervous system. To your center. To your self.

This is your opportunity to:

• Sleep deeply, breathe fully, move with ease
• Learn herbal wellness to support everyday vitality
• Re-ground in ritual, circle, and nature
• Join a sisterhood of like-hearted women

No yoga or herbalism experience required — just a willingness to say yes to yourself.
Rooms are limited and filling now. Reserve your space while you can.

Is this retreat for you?

If you’ve been holding it all together — the schedules, the emotions, the expectations.

But inside, you’re tired. Wired. Worn down.

You long for rest that actually restores.
For space to hear your own thoughts.
For rituals that nourish instead of numb.

This retreat is for you if:

  • You feel disconnected from your body and crave a slower, softer rhythm
  • You’re carrying stress, anxiety, or burnout that no amount of sleep seems to fix
  • You find yourself saying ‘I can’t keep this pace forever’ — but you don’t know how to step off the treadmill.
  • You’re curious about plant medicine but feel overwhelmed or unsure where to start
  • You want deeper connection — to yourself, the Earth, and a circle of like-hearted women
  • You’re ready for real rest, honest reflection, and healing that meets you where you are

You wake slowly in your tipi, the soft sounds of the forest greeting you before the day begins. The light is golden. The air smells of cedar and earth.

You wrap yourself in a shawl, step barefoot into the morning light, and make your way to the yoga platform under the trees. Your body moves gently, guided by breath. You feel yourself return — not as something to fix, but something to feel.

Later, you gather in the shade of a giant maple tree, hands wrapped around a warm mug of tea you blended yourself from herbs picked just hours earlier. You laugh easily. You exhale often.

You walk the forest trails in silence, learning from the plants.
You soak under the stars.
You remember what real rest feels like.

And you realize: this is what you’ve been craving — not just a break, but a return.

This isn’t just a vision. It’s what’s waiting for you in the forest.

You’ll Leave the Oregon Herbalism & Yoga Retreat with:

  • A calmer, more regulated nervous system
  • Simple herbal tools to support yourself & loved ones
  • Practical rituals you can carry home
  • A clearer vision of what’s essential in your life
  • Deeper trust in your intuition and inner guidance
  • A grounded container of sisterhood & belonging
  • A portable sense of peace to return to again & again

Come as you are. Leave with tools, clarity, and a new rhythm you can carry home.

Your daily rhythm + offerings

Each day at Rewilding the Sacred is intentionally designed to support your nervous system, soften your edges, and reconnect you to the rhythms of your body and the Earth.

You won’t be rushing from one thing to the next.
You’ll rise slowly. Breathe deeply. Move with meaning.
And end each day feeling more like yourself than you have in years.

Here’s how your experience unfolds:

  • Morning Movement & Breath Awaken with gentle yoga under the trees as the sun filters through the forest canopy. Move slowly. Breathe fully. Let your body remember how it wants to feel — soft, strong, alive. All levels welcome — this isn’t about performance. It’s about presence.
  •  Herbal Wisdom Workshops Learn to work with the plants growing around you. You’ll blend your own calming teas, craft simple remedies, and leave with a deeper connection to the plant world — and how it can support your daily rhythm. This is hands-on, soul-led herbalism made practical and sacred.
  • Forest Walks & Plant Meditations You’ll step off the path and into communion — moving slowly through the woods, tuning into the energy of the land, listening with all your senses. These guided walks deepen your awareness and help you root into your own inner knowing.
  • Evening Ritual & Sisterhood Circle As the sun sets, we gather around the fire — to share, release, and remember. Through storytelling, ritual, and sacred circle, you’ll feel held in the kind of connection that nourishes you long after you return home.
  • Space for Integration Soak in the hot tub. Journal by the creek. Curl up in your tipi.
This is not a retreat where every moment is scheduled. You’ll have space to breathe, rest, and integrate everything that’s rising.

Rooms are limited and filling now — reserve your space while you can.
