Sol & Soul Island Yoga Retreat in Mallorca Spain
Eight days on a sun-warmed Mallorcan estate — sunrise yoga, sea swims, long golden dinners, and the kind of rest that reminds you life is meant to feel good.
13 Years · 40+ Retreats · 700+ Women
Retreat Highlights
You’re not burnt out beyond repair. You’re a vibrant woman who’s let the color drain a little — too much handled, too little savored. The one who dances, who says yes, who feels alive in her own skin — she’s not gone. She’s been waiting for a week like this.
Mallorca is that week. Sunrise yoga on warm stone. The Mediterranean, cold and electric on your skin. Long golden dinners that turn into dancing. Real food, real wine, real laughter — the kind that surprises you.
And underneath the joy, something clarifying. When you’re this rested and this alive, you can finally hear what you want — and you learn how to actually move toward it. Not through wishing. Through intention, and the small aligned decisions that compound into a different life.
That’s the part most retreats skip. You won’t just leave rested, or even just lit up. You’ll leave clear about what you want — and with a grounded, science-backed way to make it real, so it doesn’t fade the moment you land at home.
You don’t have to arrive rested, or flexible, or sure of anything. You just have to decide to come. Sometimes one brave decision is the whole beginning.
“When I got home, and was talking to my adult children, they said, ‘Mom, we can’t figure out what’s different, but you look happy.’ That meant everything.”
— Jayne Randolph, 2x retreat guest
This Retreat Is For You If...
- You want to feel fully alive again — not just less tired
- You miss the version of you who dances, says yes, and lights up a room
- You’re drawn to beauty: the sea, good food, warm stone, long dinners
- You want to be among women who get it without having to explain
- You want to get clear on what you want next — and finally act on it
- You’re done waiting for “someday” to enjoy your life
- You want to come home lit up — and build a life that stays that way
- You're allowed to want more, and you're starting to believe it
If you saw yourself in even a few of these, you’re more ready than you think.
“Autumn made me fall back in love with yoga, and the setting was just divine — the most serene, relaxing location.”
— Rebecca W. · Goddess-Inspired, Greece 2023
What Makes This Different
It’s not about escaping your life. It’s about wanting your life this much.
- 13 years, 40+ retreats, 700+ women. This is Autumn’s craft, not her first rodeo.
- Real women, 35–60, most traveling solo. Real ages, real bodies, real joy. No influencer yoga, no posed photos, no spiritual hustle.
- Joy with a method underneath. This isn’t only rest. You’ll leave clear about what you want and how to build it — through intention, aligned action, and the science of how change actually happens (neuroplasticity, your RAS, your nervous system). Not magic. Decisions that compound.
- Small and celebratory on purpose. Fourteen women, one gorgeous estate, a day on the water, dancing after dinner, and space to actually feel your life.
Will Anything Actually Change When I Get Home?
It’s the real question — and it’s exactly what this retreat is built to answer.
Most retreat highs fade because nothing underneath them changed. Here, the joy isn’t the whole point — it’s the doorway. When you’re this rested and this alive, you get honest about what you want. Then you learn the actual mechanism of change: how clarity plus intention trains your brain to notice what matches it, and how small aligned decisions, repeated, become a different life.
You leave with the glow and the method. The tan fades. The clarity — and the decisions you start making — don’t.
Picture This...
You land in Palma, and someone’s there to drive you up into the hills. The city falls away — olive groves, dry-stone walls, rosemary and warm earth through the open window.
Son Boronat rises out of the hillside: honey-colored stone, terraced gardens, a pool catching the late light. Your room is simple and beautiful. For the first time in a long while, your shoulders drop.
One day you’re out on the Mediterranean — the boat drops anchor in a quiet cove, and you move through a slow meditation on deck as the water rocks beneath you. Then the plunge: cool, clear, electric on your skin. You float, sun on your face, laughing at nothing. (There’s a reason you come out of that water feeling reset — stillness and cool water do real things to your nervous system.)
Another day you’re up in the Tramuntana, walking a 700-year-old olive grove above Valldemossa, tasting oil pressed from those same trees, wandering the village where Chopin spent a winter, standing over the sea at Sa Foradada.
And the evenings. Long golden dinners as the sky turns gold, then pink, then full of stars. Good food, wine if you want it, music that pulls someone up to dance. By the third night, these women aren’t strangers.
By the time you leave, something has loosened. You feel like yourself again — and clear that you’re allowed to build a life that feels like this.
Sample Daily Rhythm
Exact times live in the FAQ and your welcome guide — this is the shape of the week, not a clock to obey.
Day 1 — Arrival
Land in Palma and transfer up to Son Boronat. Settle in, meet the group, and land with an easy welcome gathering and a gentle evening practice.
Day 2 — Settling in
Morning flow in the garden or shala, a long brunch, an open afternoon to rest or swim, then restorative yoga and dinner a bit before sunset.
Day 3 — Clarity & Intention
Morning yoga, then the manifestation workshop: getting clear on what you want and learning how intention and aligned action actually reshape a life. Free afternoon. Gentle yoga + yoga nidra in the evening.
Day 4 — On the water
A relaxed morning with yoga and meditation, followed by sailing the Mediterranean: a floating meditation in a cove, a swim, sun, and nothing to manage.
Day 5 — The Tramuntana
The Valldemossa day — a 700-year-old olive grove walk & tasting, the village, and the Sa Foradada view.
Day 6 — Explore or Rest
An optional island excursion (Sóller or Port de Sóller) — or a slow day at the estate. A celebration dinner in the evening.
Day 7 — Celebration & Integration
Morning yoga, a closing circle, and time to name what you’re taking home — and a final long celebratory dinner together.
Day 8 — Departure
Breakfast, goodbyes, and a transfer back to PMI.

What Past Guests Say
Alison D. OR"Trip of a lifetime! I fully recommend Autumn's retreats to anyone wanting a truly transformative experience. And to hang with a seriously cool group of women." "Trip of a lifetime! My sister in law and I arrived on the island knowing Autumn and each other, that was it! So we went ahead and tried to meet everyone in the group, including those who arrived late due to the earthquake. I believe you get what you put in, and those interested in connecting with others will naturally gravitate together. I always consider it an open invitation and dive right in. Those who want to focus on their travel buddy are allowed the space to to that as well. As Autumn always tells us, this is OUR time and we're in charge. We choose what we want to do. Nothing is mandatory. Autumn is the perfect host, she's there when you need her and gives space if that's wanted. I enjoyed being able to sidle up to her after a meal and fawn over the yoga practices. I fully recommend Autumn's retreats to anyone wanting a truly transformative experience. And to hang with a seriously cool group of women. Already saving my pennies for next year :).

Dawn N. Tacoma, WA"This soul-nourishing experience left me feeling grounded, inspired, and completely re-energized." "Every aspect of this retreat was truly unforgettable. Each morning began with an energizing and accessible yoga flow led by Autumn, setting a positive and centered tone for the day. In the evenings, her calming restorative sessions offered the perfect opportunity to unwind and reflect. Thoughtfully curated excursions, workshops, and group activities added just the right touch of adventure and connection. Autumn’s warm, welcoming energy fostered a supportive and uplifting environment where everyone felt at ease—making it easy to connect deeply with fellow yogis and ourselves. The Samahita Retreat itself was a serene paradise. With its stunning beaches, nourishing and delicious food, and rejuvenating spa treatments, it offered the perfect setting to recharge. The intimate size of the resort and its communal spaces created a beautiful balance between meaningful connection and peaceful solitude. This soul-nourishing experience left me feeling grounded, inspired, and completely re-energized.

"Well-organized, relaxing trip emphasizing yoga, community, and good food! This is my second international trip with Autumn and I trust her implicitly. Andrea M. SC"MOST IMPORTANTLY, however, is the sense of community and connection that she has fostered and grown over the years. When you arrive you won't be anyones wife/partner/daughter/mom---you will just be seen as YOU. That is priceless. " "This was my third yoga retreat with Autumn. In fact, many of the participants this time were 'repeaters' of Autumn's retreats. We didn't know each other, but we all recognized the quality of experience that Autumn provides---and we all wanted to experience it again. It speaks VOLUMES about Autumn. Several of us jokingly asked her where we were going next year---but we really weren't joking! Autumn does an excellent job researching all of her retreat locations and she personally vets each property beforehand. (I have learned the hard way that not all yoga retreat teachers do so). Another very special aspect of Autumns retreats, besides the AMAZING morning and afternoon yoga, are the excursions that she plans and includes in the price. This year in Thailand we went to a night-market, had a full boating day, and we got a tour of an outdoor Buddhist temple and the surrounding property---really exposing us to the culture and the natural beauty of the area. In a nutshell, her locations are beautiful, her yoga is challenging but do-able, and her price-point is always value packed. MOST IMPORTANTLY, however, is the sense of community and connection that she has fostered and grown over the years. When you arrive you won't be anyones wife/partner/daughter/mom---you will just be seen as YOU.

Kari L. Portland, OR"As an introvert, I loved that the group activities were optional—there was always the chance to connect with others, but also the freedom to step back and enjoy some peaceful alone time at the retreat. Autumn does a great job of respecting each woman’s individual experience while also fostering a sense of camaraderie." "I recently returned from a yoga retreat at Samahita Retreat in Thailand with Autumn, and it was truly a great experience. Each day offered two yoga sessions that were challenging, fun, and even cathartic. The retreat space itself is an ideal environment for unwinding and being at peace. One of the things I appreciated most was the balance between community and quiet time. As an introvert, I loved that the group activities were optional—there was always the chance to connect with others, but also the freedom to step back and enjoy some peaceful alone time at the retreat. Autumn does a great job of respecting each woman’s individual experience while also fostering a sense of camaraderie. The pre-trip support was solid —Autumn provided consistent communication and well-organized travel planning, so I always felt I knew all the info, and could relax about the details. It was also so lovely to see a few familiar faces from previous retreats, and even more special to form friendships with so many new women. Everyone was welcoming, funny, kind, and so open to sharing this unique experience together. I left feeling recharged and full of gratitude for everyone who showed up as their own unique person. Can't wait for my next trip with Autumn!

Why We Love Son Boronat
Son Boronat Estate
Oh, this place. You come up a winding country road, through olive groves and almond trees, and then the gate opens and something in you just… exhales. The finca glows — honey-colored stone, old courtyards that smell like sun and rosemary, a quiet you can feel in your shoulders. There’s a pool that hangs over the valley, where the whole hillside comes alive at golden hour with birds darting through the pines and the light going gold, then pink. The yoga shala is genuinely one of the most beautiful on the island — warm wood, soft light, windows full of mountains — and when the morning’s right, we roll our mats out on the terrace under the open sky instead. And the food. Long dinners in the candlelit courtyard, everything fresh and local, an almond cake people literally write home about. It’s family-run and unhurried and so warm that you arrive a stranger and leave feeling like part of the family. This is the kind of beauty that reminds you life is supposed to feel like this. We searched a long time for our place in Mallorca. The second we saw Son Boronat, we knew.
