Cindy P.
13 years · 40+ retreats · 700+ women
The location of the retreat in itself would have been worth the trip! Autumn created such a wonderful container for our retreat. Her yoga, as always, was thoughtful and energetically calibrated to the moment and to the group’s needs. She has a unique talent to both casually and powerfully create the space and conditions for connections with group that builds slowly toward a powerful moment and authentic moment at the end. I left feeling refreshed, centered, and inspired – and with tools that I can use to build on my own return to yoga as well as my ongoing spiritual growth.
