Retreat Highlights

4 days / 3 nights in a forest sanctuary outside Eugene, Oregon
Hands-on herbalism with a Master Herbalist
Daily all-levels yoga, breath & yoga nidra
Seasonal, locally-sourced meals (B/L/D)
Earth altar & sisterhood circles
Alcohol-free by design

Imagine four days that are entirely yours. You wake slowly in a tipi, cedar and fir in the air, the forest stirring before you do. You move gently under the trees. You spend an afternoon learning the plants that quiet a busy mind, then blend them into tea with your own hands. You laugh easily over a long dinner. You sleep like you haven’t in months.

You’ve been the steady one for a long time — this is how you come back to yourself. Not fixed, not earned. Just you, with room to breathe.

It’s alcohol-free on purpose: rest lands deeper without it, and a lot of women come precisely for a few days away from wine-as-unwind. And it’s the first time we’ve run this one — a small circle, a quieter kind of attention.

You don’t have to arrive rested or sure of anything. Just come.

“All the weight of the world I’d been carrying melted away, and I was able to refill my empty cup.” — Vala P. (Patagonia + Oregon 2x)

Is this Herbalism & Yoga Retreat Right for You?

This retreat is for you if you recognize yourself here. You don't need to relate to all of it — a few is enough.

  • You want a few days where nothing is required of you — no alarms, no screens, no one needing you
  • You're curious about herbs for vitality, sleep, stress, and everyday calm, and want to actually learn how
  • You want real rest, real quiet, and real conversation with women who get it
  • You want to come back to your body, not just live in your head
  • You'd love a few days that are just yours, away from being everyone's steady one
  • You want to feel like yourself again — lighter, curious, quicker to laugh
  • You've been wanting something like this for a while
  • You're craving time in the trees with nothing to manage

“This was the absolute perfect first-time yoga retreat. All levels were welcomed, and the food was delicious. I learned so much about myself and my practice.” — Sarah, Oregon

What Makes This Oregon Herbalism Retreat Different?

This is a women’s herbalism and yoga retreat in Oregon built around rest that actually restores — not a packed schedule dressed up as self-care.

Real herbalism, taught by a Master Herbalist. Lisa LeCuyer trained at the Midwest School of Herbal Studies. You’ll leave knowing how to blend teas and make simple remedies that support sleep, stress, and everyday calm — practical, hands-on, and grounded, not vague.

Rest with the reasons underneath. Yoga, forest, real sleep, and calming herbs work together on a frayed nervous system. Toni teaches the why — gently, without the woo — so the practices still make sense after you go home.

Ritual that actually means something. A fire circle, an opening tea ceremony, a slow morning on a quiet trail. Not performance — just a few good practices you’ll want to keep.

The first circle. Twenty women, the inaugural year. Intimate on purpose, and a quieter, more personal retreat than it will ever be again.

“Toni was an amazing teacher and leader. She established a sense of community from the first night that continued to grow each day.” — L.T., Oregon

Picture This...

You wake slowly in your tipi, the forest stirring before you do. The light is golden; the air smells of forest and earth. You wrap up, step barefoot into the morning, and make your way to the yoga platform under the trees. Later you gather in the shade of a big maple, hands around a mug of tea you blended yourself. You walk the trails. You soak under the stars. And somewhere in there you realize you can’t remember the last time you felt this unhurried.

“A truly magical and transformative retreat… I slept comfy and warm with the song of hooting owls in the air. Pure joy!” — Lori B., Oregon 2025

What are the Days Actually Like at Herbalism & Yoga Retreat in Oregon?

A simple rhythm. You won't be rushing from one thing to the next.

  • Slow mornings — gentle yoga under the trees, breath, and quiet before the day begins
  • Hands-on herbalism — blend teas, make simple remedies, learn the plants growing around you
  • Open afternoons — walk the forest, soak in the hot tub, journal by the creek, or do nothing at all
  • Restorative evenings — restorative yoga and yoga nidra to settle the nervous system
  • Fire circles & deep sleep — connection under the stars, then the best sleep you’ve had in months

Toni Larson

Co-Instructor & Spiritual Mentor, E-RYT 500, YACEP, Shamanic Therapeutic Yoga

Toni became a yoga teacher in 2010, with advanced training in Therapeutic Yoga, Reiki, and shamanic practice. She teaches what yoga really is — inviting each student to find her own practice, and to understand how her body, mind, and nervous system respond in every breath, on and off the mat. Her roots run deep into nature; when she's not teaching, she's dreaming about her next garden, hiking trail, or mountain bike ride. Her invitation: breathe deeply, and love yourself with all your heart.

Co-Instructor, Master Herbalist, Certified Mindful Health & Wellness Coach

Lisa came to herbalism through her own healing. After health problems from toxic exposure during her years as a U.S. Marine — and when conventional medicine fell short — she turned to plants, and at 50, after three decades as a tattoo artist, enrolled at the Midwest School of Herbal Studies and earned her Master Herbalist diploma. She teaches herbalism the hands-on, accessible way: backyard plant allies, simple remedies, and teas for sleep and stress you can actually make at home. Grounded, warm, and the real thing.

Why We Love the Tipi Village Retreat

Tipi Village Retreat

Tucked into the mossy hills just outside Eugene, the Tipi Village Retreat is the kind of place that does half the work for you. Ancient firs, a creek you can hear from your tipi, open meadows for morning yoga, and handcrafted tipis lit with soft lights and layered in wool blankets. It’s glamping, not roughing it — real beds, electricity, warm bedding — set deep enough in the forest that your shoulders drop the moment you arrive.

We know this land well. It’s the same forest that’s hosted our Back to Nature retreats for over a decade — so while Rewilding is brand new, the place holding it is anything but.

Yes — most women come solo, and it’s one of the best ways to experience this. From the first circle you’re folded into a small group of women, and by the second day it rarely feels like anyone came alone.
