Every aspect of this retreat was truly unforgettable. Each morning began with an energizing and accessible yoga flow led by Autumn, setting a positive and centered tone for the day. In the evenings, her calming restorative sessions offered the perfect opportunity to unwind and reflect. Thoughtfully curated excursions, workshops, and group activities added just the right touch of adventure and connection. Autumn’s warm, welcoming energy fostered a supportive and uplifting environment where everyone felt at ease—making it easy to connect deeply with fellow yogis and ourselves. The Samahita Retreat itself was a serene paradise. With its stunning beaches, nourishing and delicious food, and rejuvenating spa treatments, it offered the perfect setting to recharge. The intimate size of the resort and its communal spaces created a beautiful balance between meaningful connection and peaceful solitude. This soul-nourishing experience left me feeling grounded, inspired, and completely re-energized.
